Welcome to Woeste Willem
Woeste Willem is our holiday home in the dunes between Nes and Buren on Ameland. Detached, thatched and privately set, with a dune of its own in the garden from which you can see the North Sea. The beach is a five-minute walk; by bike you are in Nes or Buren in five to eight minutes.
We bought the house a few years ago as a holiday home for ourselves and our family. We love being here, and we have recently started letting it when we are not. That way it stays a house that is lived in rather than an accommodation. With books and games in the cupboard and spades and buckets in the storage room.
On this site you will find everything you need: from the route and parking to which coffee machine there is and where to eat well.
